Shipping and Delivery


1. How much will I pay for shipping and delivery?

Delivery charges will be calculated automatically base on your order weight and shipping address, and will be shown in the confirmation page as well as the Order Summary email sent to you. If you order less than RM150 of products in a single transaction, you can expect the delivery charges to be a minimum of RM 6 for delivery to West Malaysia, and a minimum of RM9 for delivery to East Malaysia.The actual shipping and delivery charges will be displayed in your final order summary, just before you click to authorize the payment of your order.

2. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we do! Total orders more than RM150  (including sales products) in a single transaction are entitled for free shipping within Malaysia.

3. How do I know whether my parcel has been shipped out?

You'll receive a notification email with your parcel shipping details inside after we've post your parcel over courier counter (within 2 working days after payment has been made). To track your parcel, please visit this tracking URL :


1. How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

Please allow a maximum of 48 hours for your items to be processed after confirmed payment. 

Orders are processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm except on public holidays. Orders received after 1:00 pm will be processed the next working day. 

Delivery will take within 2 to 6 working days to major cities in Malaysia, while delivery to remote area or rural areas may take 3 to 10 business days. 

2. Do you deliver outside of Malaysia?

At the moment, we only accept orders for delivery within Malaysia. If you are staying out of Malaysia and would like to purchase our products, kindly drop us an email to request for the shipping fee.

3. Can I choose to collect my parcel from your store or office? If so, do I still need to pay for delivery fees?

We operate fully online, hence we do not have a store front for now. However if you are staying around Penang Island, kindly contact us for self-collection at our Penang Office (by appointment only). No, for self-collection you do not need to pay any delivery fee. You can opt for Cash and Carry for self-collection. Drop us an email at or contact us through Whatsapp/Wechat/Msg @ 0165426408.

4. If I choose to self-collect from your Penang Office, how do I turn off the shipping fee during checkout?

You'll need to enter a Coupon Code for the shipping fee to be waived. Kindly contact us for the CODE.

5. Do you deliver to a PO Box address?

Not at this time.

6. It has been 2 weeks and I have still not received my order. What can I do?
