Step 1: Shop for our products through the Categories on the Menu Bar. Or search for a product through the Search Bar.
Step 2 : Select the item(s) you would like to purchase and add to cart. You may choose the quantity by clicking the + or - button.
Step 3: Hover over the Cart icon on top of the Menu Bar and Click on Checkout. Alternatively, you can click on View Cart to view all items you've added to your cart.
Step 3: Our one-page checkout page will show you all you need to fill in for this order, in a glance.
Step 4 : If you are a first time customer, kindly fill in your billing details. You can create an account for future use (optional), or you can continue to checkout as a guest. If you are a returning customer, simply click on Login for your details.
Step 4: Delivery method is automatically selected based on order weight and shipping address. Free shipping option will be selected for you if your order is more than RM150.
Step 5: Select your payment method. You can also add comments you would like us to take note of regarding your order.
i) Bank Transfer - Bank details will be provided to you on the next page.
ii) Direct Debit - Credit/Debit Card;
- Online Payment Banking : CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, AmBank, Bank Islam, Hong Leong Connect, Maybank2U, Public Bank Online.
Step 6: Enter Coupon code or Voucher code (if any). You may still change your product quantity and hit the update icon. Tick on to agree with the Terms and Conditions. Then press the Continue button.
Step 7 : Proceed to make payment. We offer 3 types of payment method.
Step 7.1 : Bank Transfer
i) Kindly read through the bank transfer details and click on Continue. Make sure you fill in the Payment Notification Form to notify us after you've made the transfer. We will only shipped after payment is confirmed. Click HERE.
ii) Order Successful!
Step 7.2 : Direct Debit - Online bank transfers
i) You will be directed to eGHL page. Please select your payment type.
ii) Choose your preferred banking, enter your email address if you wish to receive your transaction status(optional), then click on Agree and Continue.
iii) You will be directed to your online bank portal. Login with your details and proceed to make payment. (If recipient email is required to fill in, kindly fill in firstname.lastname@example.org)
iv) Make sure that your transaction status is Successful after you've made payment.
Step 7.3 : Credit Card/Debit Card
Enter your credit card or debit card details, then click on Pay Order to continue.
Step 8 : Upon confirmation of payment, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email shortly.
