1. How do I use a Coupon Code?

On your Checkout page, you will see the last column of Shopping Cart which displays all the items you've added. Under the total price, click on 'Enter your coupon here:' and enter the coupon code in the text box. Then click on the 'Use Coupon Code' button. You will see your total amount updated. Please note only ONE coupon code can be used per order.

2. How can I track the status of my order?

If you are a registered customer, at any time, you can check the status of your order online at any time. Please log in with your email address and password, and click on ‘Order History’ under 'My Account'.

3. Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is listed in each email communication that you have received from us after you've placed an order.

4. How do I know whether my package is being delivered?
You will receive a notification via email to inform you on your tracking number when your order is couriered out. Alternatively, you can check your order status from My Account > Order History .

5. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel or change your order if payment has not been made. Once payment is confirmed, we cannot cancel your order. 

6. Can I exchange or refund my purchased items?
All products purchased from thepartychoice.com is non-refundable and non-exchangable. Hence, please confirm your orders before proceed to payment. 

7. What form of payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods :

a) VISA, MASTER credit card/debit card

b) Online transfers through GHL Payment Gateway - Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Bank Islam Online, PBeBank, Hong Leong Connect.

c) Bank Transfer

After payment, kindly fill in the Payment Notification Form to notify us about your payment details HERE.

Kindly make your payment within 24 hours after your order has been placed. We will only processed your order once payment is confirmed.

8. If the product I received is damaged or defective, can I request for a refund or return?
We understand how frustrated it is to receive products that are damaged or defective when buying online, hence we check all your purchased items thoroughly for defects before we ship them to you. However, there might be times when we missed... so contact us if you think the product received is badly damaged/defective, we'll respond within 3 working days. Once approved, we'll issue a full refund or exchange.

9. Do you ship out the balloons with helium gas? Do you provide helium gas filling service?

No. All balloons ( latex or foil) will be shipped uninflated (no gas or air). We do provide helium gas filling for customers around Penang Island ONLY. Kindly contact us for more info.

10. Can I choose to collect my parcel from your store or office? If so, do I still need to pay for delivery fees?

We operate fully online, hence we do not have a store front for now. However if you are staying around Penang Island, kindly contact us for self-collection at our Penang Office (by appointment only). No, for self-collection you do not need to pay any delivery fee. You can opt for Cash and Carry for self-collection. 11. How can we contact the store?
